Assuming you are on release 7.4.x here is how it works. Starting the Duet controller/receiver when SBS is not running on a pc , you are by default connected to MySB.com ( and can verify this as explained in the previous post ). When SBS is running an a PC , you can switch to it when you select My Music and then switch to library xxxxxx ( depends how you name it on the PC ). If you want to switch back to MySB.com it is over settings->advanced->networking->switch to mysqueezebox.com. If that last option does not appear, then the Duet can not connect to MySB.com and there is nothing you can do about it as it is a server/capacity/network ? issus at MySB.com. Just try again in a fewh hours or days...
