On mysb.com, click on app gallery. Scroll until you see Rhapsody. Add this app. You might pick out a few others too (pandora, etc.). Then you should also see the installed apps under "my apps" on mysb.com, on upper right hand side, do you see REMOTE CONTROL. click on this and you should be able to do some things. Don't use rhapsody so not sure about it.
