I have a Classic / AKA Squeezebox 3. I've noticed odd behavior when
connected to mysqueezebox.com the last week or so:
- General response to IR wand is slow.
- Volume adj. works, but display doesn't return to "now playing"
- Even when "now playing" does display, scrolling is non-existant.
- Cannot change display modes (now playing key) using IR wand.
I don't have audio problems. I'm happy about that.
My own server is on hiatus; I can live with the cloud server's
shortcomings until I get my server back up. I wonder how Logitech can
afford to keep operating their servers--at no cost to their
users--indefinitely. That seems like a big commitment.
Because I've spent so much of my own time building and tuning a server,
I'd be reluctant to pay for cloud service at this point.
