Try streaming a 320k Avro station for comparison, see if these also buffer. Internet Radio > Search > *Avro*
For Syncing from any player, just pick a player (or players) to Sync with, no need to select Sync on each player. IOW you do not need to "confirm" the Sync on the player you have chosen to Sync with.
