Thanks for your follow-up but I guess I am still not clear about the problem.
After I restart the Squeezebox and go thru the set up and get to the point where it asks to select source, I choose "Squeezebox.com". It then goes to the Now Playing and resumes playing exactly where it was before I unplugged the unit. If I hit the left arrow on the remote, it goes back to the prior level for about 2 seconds and then immediately returns to the song that was just playing. I can not access any other program options because if I hit the left arrow to go to the previous level it will just cycle back to the song. The "red" button does nothing at this point. The SqueezeBox will just keep playing until I disconnect the unit.
