Log in to the web site using the account you will be using through the Squeezebox device and enable scrobbling. To do this from Spotify go to "Edit" and then "preferences". About halfway down there is a setting to let you add your LastFM account details.
Once you have done this, anything you play through that account either using a PC, the Squeezebox or a mobile phone will then be scrobbled.
