My SqueezeBox MAC address has been assigned to someone else (their email
shows up on my device) and I opened a ticket with Logitech 2 weeks ago
(3/23) and I've heard nothing.  I had this problem in late 2009 (soon
after I replaced my slimp3 with a SB) and they corrected it very
quickly, now they have gone completely silent.  I have emailed with the
person assigned to my device and we think we may have two devices with
the same MAC address - he has a ticket open too, but no response.  I
even sent them a photo of my MAC address sticker on the bottom of the
unit.  I just want to get this sorted out so I can use it again - has
anyone else had this MAC address problem and/or can anyone provide any
hints as to how to get any attention at Logitech?  Their online chat
doesn't work and nothing happens when you click on "Contact". Thanks.
