try this (can't hurt and sometimes resolves issue). Option 1: stop then restart SbS on your computer. Sometimes SbS starts before your computer has a good internet connection. Option 2: turn off router, turn off computer running SbS. Then turn on router, let fully start, then turn on computer, let fully start.
