This is a common problem and is usually caused by the device falling out
of sync with your network and not receiving DNS resolution correctly. If
the rest of your network is working correctly--in other words, your
computer can successfully access the Internet--try stopping and
restarting SbS on your computer. 99 times out of 100 that will fix the
problem. If that doesn't work, your second step should be to power down
your device, then repeat the step above, then power up the device. In
some rare cases you might have to restart your computer.

The thing to keep in mind is that this is a DNS problem, meaning that
the IP address and information received from the SbS is incorrect. Fix
that and you'll be good to go.
