@mherger: I had that suspicion as well, and tried changing my password to 'normal' values, with no luck.
However! I tried creating a brand new account at www.mysqueezebox.com, with a different email address, and that seems to work! Thank you for encouraging me to do that. My original email wasn't particularly strange, just 12 lowercase alphabetic characters @xxx.com. I know I did input the same email when I first set up my SB Touch - perhaps that is not allowed to be the same email as the one on www.mysqueezebox.com? I have no idea. I don't imagine I would have been the first to try doing that...
