OK, I never (almost) do telephone support calls, but I did. What a surprise!. A very nice lady (SQB fan) informed me, that my account was "half registered". It means that I have created an account and never clicked a link in an e-mail, which has been sent to me. This way I could have use the account for few years (with no need of password change), but in case of password reset situation I have not received e-mails with new password. She helped me to change the password. At the end she has informed me that there may be a firmware change (described earlier) that will be irreversible. What a service!
