I've been having the buffering issue as well, but with Slacker in my case. Slacker isn't a high bit rate service, so I'm surprised this is happening. The buffering problem only occurs when connecting thru MySB and only with Slacker from what I've noticed. I don't get the problem with XM or Pandora, both of which I think use higher bitrate. I've completely recycled SB radio and broadband connection several times with no improvement. I even changed the buffer for Slacker in MySB to 30 seconds (!) with no improvement. If, however, I broadcast Slacker through Logitech MS, my iPhone, my PC, or any other method, the buffering issue completely disappears. It certainly seems related to MySB.com and is identical to that what you've experienced with MOG, except its still happening. I'm on the East network.
My next idea is to (temporarily) change my Radio to the new UE network to see if it eliminates the buffering, but consider that a last resort given the hassle involved with making the change.
