Thanks Michael, I too have been suffering from this for a couple of weeks. I've sent an e-mail over a week ago to Deezer which they responded to, suggesting that I had too many squeezeboxes connected to my account, I tidied these up a bit but still no joy. I've e-mailed them again today as my premium subscription expires on Monday and I'm reluctant to renew while this problem continues.
