I've been having the same problem for the last weeks, I too contacted deezer and I got the same answer. It's been over a week since I first contacted them, but it seems nothing much is happening over there. I even tried the UE update for my squeezebox radio, but it has the exact same issues...
Confirmed. The problem we might be facing is that we're still using their first implementation of their backend API. This might not be getting the attention on their end, we'd like to see, as they've moved on to a new (and much improved) API quite a while ago.
The good news is: I do have a working implementation of the new API. And voilĂ , it doesn't show the same issues as the old implementation. Honi soit, qui mal y pense! Now let's hope that I can get this out to production systems asap.
Has anyone been able to test spotify on the squeezebox to see if there's a problem there as well?
