You can either setup an account on the new service or the UE radios have the option to be be converted to run as a SB Radio and use a MYSB account.
In both cases you don't need to run a local server if you don't want to, you'll be able to use radio and the various streaming services. Whichever option you choose can also be used with a server if you want to use your own music files, either LMS if you convert to a SB or the UE version if you leave it as the default UE.
