Yes AFAIK. Just thought of something else that might be a factor for you. If you decide to leave the Radio as a UE device then even streaming your local music needs you to be be signed in and connected to the UE service. No internet, no music at all. The same thing also applies if the UE servers are down you'll get no music at all I believe.
Whereas if you convert your device into a SB Radio LMS will allow local streaming with out a connection and if the servers go down you can still use saved stations.
