What i think is going on is that LMS only listen to one network
interface so some kind of bridging ? migth be necessary .
Or port forwarding between the two networks ( just like you do when you
for example want to use LMS away from home ).

LMS is basically made for one network , for example server discovery for
players is an udp broadcast on port 3483 then all players on the network
can automatically find the server .
