The Rhapsody situation indeed sucks. But that's like blaming your analog TV manufacturer for "not working" with todays digital broadcasts. Rhapsody changed their encryption method (and rightfully so) to better protect their content. Logitech's older hardware is not capable of the newer AES encryption method.
