I have both installed and enabled. The Triode one for my other devices and the latest official Spotify app.
Could you please disable Triode's and make sure the official is enabled. Enable debug logging for plugin.spotifylogi (or similar - see Settings/Advanced/Logging). Then try again and upload the resulting server.log file. Let's make sure we're not tripping over some odd interaction.
