Steve, When you switch the Radio to MySqueezebox.com, can you play any music, favourites or radio stream. If you can, just leave it playing for a a good while, then next day, look to see if it is registered. Before you do that though, just hold down the power switch until you get the "Goodbye" message. Leave it for a short while and then power back on.
