There's a complicated way mentioned 'here' (http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?96209-Setting-up-a-Touch-without-connecting-to-mysb-com&p=717247&viewfull=1#post717247) (for a Touch).
But some time ago, I was successful using a very simple way: Just pull the plug on the WAN side of your router before setting up your Radio or Touch.
