Well, can't say I should have seen it coming. The problem is, even if you pay will they be around in a year? My wife loves streaming jazz stations. Loved RadioIO. Then they went pay. I paid up for RadioIO last year and got screwed when they went commercial contract only. Found my wife some more jazz stations ( apparently ones part of JazzRadio ). Rinse repeat. It's not that I mind paying something, I prefer to pay. The business model shift from free/ad supported to pay does not seem to pay the bills any better. Even the pay/ad supported media model just ends up with ever increasing dues and more ads.
