I have switched to the new Spotify plugin due to the problems with Triode's version. I am trying to understand the role of mysqeezebox.com in the chain for login and playback via Spotify. Is all my spotify-data routed via mysqueezebox.com to my devices, or is it just used for login / authentication etc.? I am a bit concencerd, because all communication on mysqueezebox.com is plain http (no HTTPs) as far as I can see. Due to the EOL/unsupported status of it I understand that it is probably a difficult thing to change, but HTTPs is of course preferable.
