"Spotify Radio" like in the iOS app. It is really the Spotify Radio
function that allowed me to listen more new music!
Spotify announced new features for their API yesterday. While Radio
still isn't available as such (eg. you can't access saved stations),
there's a new method to get artist/track/genre based mixes:

I've added a simple "Artist Radio" style feature which would create such
a mix based on an artist. It's not actually creating a radio station
(eg. no never ending music), but rather a longish, static playlist. This
should usually give you a mix for the best part of a day.
I'll look into more possibilities as I find time. Please let me know
what you think about the result of these "Artist Radio" playlists.
