Ok, checked again. I was confused by another music service. Spotify
doesn't offer any kind of "available from" timestamp, but only a
"playable" flag. If that's set, we assume it can be played. Otherwise
obviously not.
Now if that is causing problems, then it must be hidden somewhere in
Spotify's logic. There's nothing we can do about this.
I checked again, and it's flagged playable today. Would it still not play?
