Ok, I can reproduce this issue. Must be a bug in the Controller app. Interestingly I would see all the tracks when running the app's code on my computer...
It's working fine in all other UIs I've tested (iPeng, Touch, web UI). I'd suggest you do yourself a favor and spend a few bucks on a better mobile app to control LMS/Squeezebox. It's worth it.
