This is a Spotify account that is part of a Spotify family subscription - could that in some way have any affect?
I'm not really familiar with the Spotify Family subscription. I thought this was simple three (or five?) distinct accounts in one package. But the accounts were pretty much independent. It might still be worth validating whether they're all set to the same country. You never know.
