Yes it does. However, I always used to log in to Spotify with my
username and not the mail address while in mysb.com you have to use your
mail, and I also noticed that I had different mail addresses. But after
changing so that the addresses corresponded, and logging out of every
instance of Spotify and uninstalling the Spotify app in mysb.com,
there's no difference. 

This is a Spotify account that is part of a Spotify family subscription
- could that in some way have any affect?
