Just to check that you have been to the right place ... Click on Players (at the top) Then click on the device on the left (if it is not there then it it mean that someone has already deleted it for the new user or perhaps you registered it with a different account long long ago) If the device is listed then after clicking on it there should be a "Delete Player" on the right (below Disconnect)
