I'm in Norway (not quite EU)
Well, as a Swiss myself I was more interested in the geographical aspect of the question. I wanted to know whether it could be a local issue. But from what I've found it seems to be a global problem.
Unfortunately the contact I tried to reach must have left for the Holidays already. And the person his autoresponse told me to get in touch with, too. Didn't try the name in her autoresponse yet... this might take until the new year to get resolved :-(.
