Hey there, looking at Michael's comments it's not you and not something you can fix, this is a problem between the code on MySqueezebox.com and Tidal's system. (Rate limiting requests, which is a joy to deal with)
Michael's reached out to his contacts there and hopefully they will be nice to him. This one's been bugging me too and it's glad to get confirmation it's not something I've done. When I've got a 10 year old who can't dance around her room I feel the pressure....
