Thanks Michael, please let me know when you have done the changes on mysqueezebox.com and I will try again. The only strange thing here is that it was actually working after the authentication switch for a day or two with the players connected to mysqueezebox.com and then it just stopped working.
Blame this to the admin of that service who applied a bunch of changes manually, which then got overwritten in the next "regular" system update. I guess that admin was me...
Updating all service instances will take another hour or two. They are restarted slowly, to allow players to gracefully switch to another instance.
