Personnal Message is available from this website, but you need to switch to desktop site in the browser if you do this on a smartphone or do it on a PC. Either way if you click on the link below you arrive at Michel's page. Just select personal message on the left side and provide the MAC ( network adapter) address for your device in order to reset ownership.
