Do you have multiple folders in favorites? The Material settings page says, "Alphabetically sort favorites, rather than server supplied order. NOTE: Folders are always sorted, this setting only affects playable items." "On mysqueezebox.com" is the only folder in my favorites list, so it is always first, whether favorites are sorted or not. That's the way it appears to be working, anyway.
