Or do not import them if the prefs sync is disabled? You can have mysb integration, but disable the prefs sync. That would be much simpler and not add yet another confusing preference...
Ok, pushed that change: when you've entered your mysb.com credentials, but check the option to NOT sync prefs, the favorites should no longer be imported. Once you've changed above pref, you should be able to delete the folder and it should not be re-added.
