Michael, I can imagine how frustrating it must be to receive emails
similar to mine on a daily basis. Conclusion: the password reset
mechanism does not work. Help only by people like you is the only hope
for all those who ask for it every day.
I checked my inbox many times: spam, garbage. I have not received any
message with the password. I'm still suspended at my starting point.
