I experience the same problem. I recently deleted my SqueezeAMP from
mysqueezebox.com, because mysqueezebox.com displayed an old firmware
version format. In the past the deleted player would then re-appear at
mysqueezebox.com in no time, just by controlling the player from
Material skin or another controller. But not so this time.

As a consequence I can't use TIDAL anymore when controlling my
SqueezeAMP from LMS Material. See 'this forum post'
The strange thing is that I still can use TIDAL when controlling
SqueezeAMP with LMS default skin or with the SqueezeCtrl Android app.
The author of Material skin (cpd73) has confirmed that a player must be
registered at mysb.com to be able to use mysb.com apps, including TIDAL.
