Although other services seemed to stream OK, I'm also wondering whether my wifi could be an issue. My anecdotal impression is that this Boom (1st floor bedroom) rather than kitchen Boom is more affected by this problem (which has happened in the past).. I added a Devolo wifi homeplug to the top (2nd) floor (I already have an ethernet-only Devolo in the lounge). This was mainly for an ethernet connection for the the PC in this room, but I also enabled the wifi to extend the coverage from my router. This has the same SSID and password as the router network. The bedroom Boom is directly below the room with the extra homeplug.
