The buttons don't work during the test. Would they work if the buttons are off in the software? The remote did work though. I assume it may be the controller or cable as you suggested since all the buttons are dead. But, is there a possibility that the LMS isn't properly reading/resetting the front panel button state? I guess to be double sure. Is there a way to factory reset all it's settings. i saw the factory reset selection in the settings menu. Is that the one?
