Another SourceForge HEAD commit? Such commits create problems for others
working with SourceForge CVS tree, right? Can we do something
simple/automatic to block these?

We really need a better how-to and what-to-do for devel and local
branches though on bzr. (Assuming I'm voting for bzr)
