I can look at this one. Please post or point me to specifics.
Seems to occur on Debian unstable and Lenny (testing). But not on Ubuntu
which threw me most of this evening.
Shows up when --enable-icap is used, with a bunch of others. But its in
the ICAP code so I assume its that option as clincher.
This is the make check output:

Code is a pre-define.
Commenting it out gets the build past that error for me.

Please use Squid 2.7.STABLE4 or 3.0.STABLE9
