3.1.0.7 is going to involve a little bit of a flag day as it goes out.
Seems to be back to a state where we can test for minor issues again.
I'm picking tomorrow night to do the bundling.
Issues to be aware of:
* The diff patch is almost as large as the zipped source code. So
will not be published.
* We are long overdue for another SourceFormat run. That will happen
soon for 3.HEAD and 3.1 (maybe even tonight). Same deal as before:
- most branches should be fine with a straight bzr merge with trunk
for their updates.
- larger branches may want to merge up to the format revno (TBA) and
run a local format to minimize the conflicts before merging to latest.
