Issues to be aware of:
* The diff patch is almost as large as the zipped source code. So

* We are long overdue for another SourceFormat run. That will
happen soon for 3.HEAD and 3.1 (maybe even tonight). Same deal as

- most branches should be fine with a straight bzr merge with trunk
for their updates.
- larger branches may want to merge up to the format revno (TBA)
and run a local format to minimize the conflicts before merging to
latest.
