FTP trough the firewall

Hi all

I'm trying to use a firewall authentication for my proxy server FTP
connection.
If I use a FTP common program I must use :

        username: ftp
        password: myFWpassword@dstpassword

Is that possible to use a transparent authentication with Squid 2?
