The wbinfo based helper should work I think (helpers/external/wbinfo_group). The wb_auth and wb_ntlm_auth are both replaced by the Samba ntlm_auth helper in Samba-3, but I am not sure if there is a direct equivalence to wb_group yet. This is something to discuss with the Samba team.
