I should have mentioned in the original message I'm using squid-2.5.STABLE4-NT-bin.zip
from http://www.acmeconsulting.it/SquidNT.

The box is fairly busy, It processes over 50,000 request an hour at busy times. What
is the best way to find out simultaneous users?

I have attached the cache.log from between the last couple of restarts.

Sorry I'm still learning how some of this works as I inherited this setup.
