[squid-users] can't load dynamic pages

Hello,
I've got a Squid 2.4STABLE6 installed on a RedHat 7.3.
I have a problem when I try to load dynamic page (for example if I do a 
research in google or yahoo, or if I want to download a .asp page).
I have the message "connexion refused" with the error number 111.
I tried several things, bu it still doesn't work.
Has anybody an idea ?
