[squid-users] compiling squid with enable-ipf-transparent

I am trying to compile squid 2.5 STABLE5 with enable-ipf-transparent option,
but the configure gave the WARNING: Cannot find necessary IP-Filter header
files Transparent Proxy support WILL NOT be enabled.
Where is it looking for the header files?
