Hi, Since we are in a isolated area there are no ISP to offer permanent oconnections. One software company some distance from us have agreed to share their bandwidth with us for2 months. They will give us 128KBps. But the charges will be very high per Mb. So, I want to allow only few IPs (192.168.1.1 and 192.168.1.11) full use of bandwidth, the rest should use only 64 KBps. I read FAQs and config files on using delay pools, but cannot get the hang of it yet. Can somone hint at some clues for this particular thing?
