If the software company enforces the limit, then it's easy. Just create a single class 1 delay pool with a 64 Kbps limit. Deny delay pool access to the IP's that you want to have full speed, and allow everything else. If you have to enforce the limit, then it takes a little more work. You will need to use your OS's traffice-shaping capabilities to throttle total bandwidth to 128 Kbps. For Linux, search for the Linux Advanced Routing HOWTO. The BSDs are also capable of doing this, though I don't know enough about them to tell you what tool you'll need. Adam
